Job Summary

We are looking for an Expert who will lead one or more than one account, and build up strong customer relationship to achieve sustainable growth by identifying and capturing short, medium and long term business opportunities. Drives sales of our full portfolio - PM, CE, AM and TS. Develop and drive execution of strategic and operational market company plan aligned to Tetra Pak and customer business objectives.
In this role you will be an individual contributor who will manage one or more account, deploy market company strategy aligned with customer strategy, drive Customer Satisfaction and Partnership improvements according to global process, line and plant performance improvement and reduce overall customer system cost, profitable growth, Value Selling implementation, sales forecast accuracy.
Key Relationships: Internal – KAMs, KADs, Operational Marketing team, TKAMs / External: Customer network
 

 

What you will do
  • Assist KAD to formulate KA Strategy, implement the strategies to meet annual business targets
  • Responsible for sales revenue for 3 business, project management,  issue resolution, value selling & account receivable management, customer manufacturing coordination and customer technical related workshops/seminars
  • Deep understand customer business and proactively respond to customer needs
  • Build up and maintain constructive partnership with customers, especially midlle-high level. 
  • Support to grow customer’s business through the planning and implementation of account development plan 
  • Work closely with Service,PSE and product management team to develop the customers business also product innovation and customer operational performance.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain, Finance and other departments to assure smooth operations 
  • Work closely with other related department to provide KA excellent service
We believe you have
  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA background will be preferred
  • At least 5 years working experience in Key Account fields in MNC, FMCG, or B to B industry background is highly preferred  
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, strong in client management.
  • Good analytical skills and strong business sense
  • Personal drive, assertive, and good leadership potential
  • Fluent spoken & written English
