About the Role:

As the Senior Health & Safety Manager specializing in Wind and Solar Energy Installation, you will be responsible for developing and implementing safety protocols that ensure the highest standards of health and safety across our clientâs renewable energy projects in Shanghai. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to sustainable energy solutions within a globally recognized organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies specific to wind and solar energy installation.

  • Ensure compliance with local, national, and international safety regulations and standards.

  • Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations for renewable energy projects.

  • Provide training and guidance to staff on health and safety practices related to wind and solar installations.

  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to integrate safety measures in all processes.

  • Lead initiatives to continuously improve health and safety performance across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in health and safety management, with a focus on wind and solar energy installation.

  • In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and standards in the renewable energy sector.

  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to influence and motivate teams.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English is highly desirable.
