About the Role:As the Senior Health & Safety Manager specializing in Water Treatment, you will oversee and enhance safety protocols across our client's facilities in Shanghai. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining compliance, minimizing risks, and fostering a culture of safety. This role offers an opportunity to work with a global leader in manufacturing, dedicated to sustainability and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with local, national, and international safety regulations and standards.
Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
Provide training and guidance to staff on health and safety practices.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to integrate safety measures in all processes.
Lead initiatives to continuously improve health and safety performance across the organization.
