Sales Strategic Planning & Development:

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize commercial operations and enhance overall business performance.

Process Optimization:

  • Evaluate and streamline end-to-end commercial processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.

  • Design and implement efficient sales, pricing, and contract management processes.

Market & Data Analysis:

  • Utilize data-driven insights to assess the performance of commercial activities.

  • Implement data analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators and identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks. To provide leading data analysis to support growth

  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscapes.

Sales Enablement & Performance Optimization:

  • Lead funnel management and interact as key user to manage funnel size and health, participate in cross functional initiative to enhance pricing control and improve transparency and precision, establish pricing control process and standard work to manage cross region pricing performance.

  • Work closely with sales teams to provide tools, training, and resources to enhance their productivity and effectiveness.

  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs. Continuously improving sales processes, techniques, and performance to maximize revenue generation.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Oversee the implementation and management of CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data.

  • Provide training and support to sales teams on CRM usage and best practices.

Performance Measurement:

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of commercial operations initiatives.

  • Regularly report on KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure that all commercial activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with commercial operations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of commercial processes.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration and information sharing to enhance overall business performance.
