Job Description

We are looking for a Commercial Excellence Analyst to join our Commercial Excellence team and help us design, implement, and manage our sales incentive and compensations. You will be responsible for ensuring that our sales incentives are aligned with our business goals, fair and motivating for our sales staff, and compliant with our policies and regulations.

Your role:
  • Collect and validate the sales performance data and calculate sales incentives based on standard operation procedure on quarterly basis.
  • Communicate and explain the sales incentive schemes to our commercial team, and address any queries or issues they may have.
  • Collaborate with other enabling functions, such as Finance, Rewards, and legal, to ensure the smooth and accurate administration of our sales incentive schemes.
  • Communicate with global support team to convey local business requirements and track the implementation of change requests in systems.
  • Support the design and implement the sales incentive plans for our commercial team, based on their roles, targets, and achievements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of our sales incentive schemes, and provide insights and recommendations for improving our sales incentive schemes.

You’re the right fit if:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, finance, or a related field .
  • Less than 3 years of working experience in MNC. Relevant experience in following area is preferred (but not mandatory): incentive and compensation management(ICM), salesforce excellence(SFE), sales/commercial operations, financial planning & analysis(FP&A), or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills, and proficient in data analytical tools such as Excel and PowerBI , with the ability to consolidate, process, and interpret complex data sets and create and automate reports and dashboards.
  • Good logical thinking and problem-solving mindsets, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts and scenarios in a clear and concise way in both English and Mandarin.
  • High attention to detail , accuracy, and quality
  • Basic understanding of financial concepts, such as revenue, profit, margin, and cash flow.
  • Integrity and control mindset, with the ability to adhere to ethical standards, follow internal controls, and safeguard confidential information
