Position Summary

Main Purpose of the Role

This position bases in Straumann Shanghai Campus, reports directly to Facility & ESG Manager.

 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Risk assessment and reduction, including risk identification and provide proper improvement solutions.

ç»åå¬å¸å®éæåµï¼å¼å±é£é©è¾¨è¯ãè¯ä¼°åæ¹åé¹ç®ï¼è½å¤æåºåçææçæ¹åæªæ½ï¼

  • Establish, maintain and follow up of EHS KPI. EHS KPIçå¶å®ãç»´æ¤å追踪ï¼
  • Plan and implement EHS activities: fire drill and Safety Month Activities. ç­ååç±»EHSæ´»å¨ï¼å¦æ¶é²æ¼ç»ãå®å¨ææ´»å¨ç­;
  • Organize EHS training. å¼å±EHSå¹è®­ï¼
  • Identify and improve hidden danger. å¼å±éæ£ææ¥å·¥ä½ï¼
  • Investigate and analyze accident. äºæãäºä»¶çè°æ¥ååæï¼
  • Special equipment annual inspection and registration. ç¹ç§è®¾å¤çå¹´æ£ä¸ç»è®°å¤æï¼
  • Manage the usage, storage and disposal of hazardous chemicals. å±é©åå­¦åç使ç¨ãå¨å­åå±åºå¤ç
  • Implement safety standardization. æ¨è¿å¬å¸å®å¨æ ååå·¥ä½ï¼
  • Safety management of relative parties. ç¸å³æ¹çå®å¨ç®çï¼åæ¬å¹è®­ãä½ä¸å®æ¹ãé£é©ç®æ§ï¼
  • In charge of purchase and distribution of the PPE. PPEçéè´­ååæ¾;
  • Carry out EIA, hazardous waste declaration and disposal in accordance with laws and regulations. ä¾ç§æ³å¾æ³è§ï¼è¿èç¯è¯ãå±åºç­ç³æ¥ä¸å¤ç½®ï¼
  • Lead regular environmental test. å®æå¼å±ç¯å¢æ£æµï¼
  • Organize occupational health tests and physical examinations for occupational diseases. ç»ç»èä¸å¥åº·æ£æµï¼ä»¥åèä¸çä½æ£ï¼
  • Apply for and distribute anti-epidemic supplies, and regularly collect and communicate anti-epidemic policies. ç³è¯·å¹¶ä¸åé²ç«ç©èµï¼å®ææ¶é并传达ç«æé²æ§æ¿ç­ï¼
  • Improve the EHS management system. å®åå¬å¸EHSç®çå¶åº¦ï¼
  • Host and organize EHS quarterly meetings. æ¯å­£åº¦å¬å¼EHSä¼è®®
  • Daily EHS inspection and improvement. æ¥å¸¸EHSæ£æ¥ä¸æ¹åï¼
  • Cooperate with external agencies to rectify the company's EHS and ensure the company's compliance with EHS regulation. éåå¤é¨æºæï¼å¯¹å¬å¸EHSå®æ½æ´æ¹ï¼å¹¶ä¿è¯å¬å¸å¨EHSæ¹é¢çåè§æ§ï¼

  • Qualifications:
  • College degree or above, major in safety, environmental or other related. å¨æ¥å¶å¤§å­¦ä¸ç§å以ä¸å­¦åï¼å®å¨ãç¯å¢ç­ä¸ä¸ä¼å
  • Over 5 years safety management experience. 5年以ä¸å®å¨ç®çå·¥ä½ç»éª
  • Proficient in using Excel and other office softwareå¯ä»¥çç»ä½¿ç¨Excelç­åå¬è½¯ä»¶
  • Familiar with laws and regulations related to safety, environmental protection and occupational healthï¼have management experience of hazardous chemical materials.
