Position Summary

This position bases in Straumann Shanghai Campus, reports directly to Facility & ESG Manager.

Job Responsibilities

  • Risk assessment and reduction, including risk identification and provide proper improvement solutions.

结合公司实际情况,开展风险辨识、评估和改善项目,能够提出合理有效的改善措施;

  • Establish, maintain and follow up of EHS KPI. EHS KPI的制定、维护和追踪;
  • Plan and implement EHS activities: fire drill and Safety Month Activities. 策划各类EHS活动,如消防演练、安全月活动等;
  • Organize EHS training. 开展EHS培训;
  • Identify and improve hidden danger. 开展隐患排查工作;
  • Investigate and analyze accident. 事故、事件的调查和分析;
  • Special equipment annual inspection and registration. 特种设备的年检与登记备案;
  • Manage the usage, storage and disposal of hazardous chemicals. 危险化学品的使用、储存及危废处理
  • Implement safety standardization. 推进公司安全标准化工作;
  • Safety management of relative parties. 相关方的安全管理,包括培训、作业审批、风险管控;
  • In charge of purchase and distribution of the PPE. PPE的采购及发放;
  • Carry out EIA, hazardous waste declaration and disposal in accordance with laws and regulations. 依照法律法规,进行环评、危废等申报与处置;
  • Lead regular environmental test. 定期开展环境检测;
  • Organize occupational health tests and physical examinations for occupational diseases. 组织职业健康检测,以及职业病体检;
  • Apply for and distribute anti-epidemic supplies, and regularly collect and communicate anti-epidemic policies. 申请并下发防疫物资,定期收集并传达疫情防控政策;
  • Improve the EHS management system. 完善公司EHS管理制度;
  • Host and organize EHS quarterly meetings. 每季度召开EHS会议
  • Daily EHS inspection and improvement. 日常EHS检查与改善;
  • Cooperate with external agencies to rectify the company's EHS and ensure the company's compliance with EHS regulation. 配合外部机构,对公司EHS实施整改,并保证公司在EHS方面的合规性;
  • Any other things assigned by line manager直线领导安排的其他任务
  • Qualifications:
  • College degree or above, major in safety, environmental or other related. 全日制大学专科及以上学历,安全、环境等专业优先
  • Over 5 years safety management experience. 5年以上安全管理工作经验
  • Proficient in using Excel and other office software可以熟练使用Excel等办公软件
  • Familiar with laws and regulations related to safety, environmental protection and occupational health,have management experience of hazardous chemical materials.

熟悉安全、环保及职业健康相关的法律法规, 有危化品的管理经验。

  • Good communication and coordination skills 良好的沟通与协调能力
  • Candidates who can communicate in English are preferred 英语可进行日常交流者优先录取
