Engagement Senior Analyst

We will count on you to:

  • Identify sales opportunities, and assist business development activities for Engagement.
  • Works directly with clients to obtain project requirements and collect project information. Assists in managing client expectations.
  • Manage Engagement project by making sure the project plan is met by both client side and internal operation team.
  • Independently deliver high quality Engagement project on schedule with necessary direction.
  • Work with regional COE team to bring Engagement product and technology updates to China
  • Support marketing activities in China.
  • Continuously accumulate deep Engagement knowledge and to be ready as a Engagement expert of the team.
  • As an Engagement consultant, provide technical training/coach to industry consultants.

What you need to have: 

  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Client focus and attention to details.
  • Commitment to high quality and timely delivery.
  • Highly motivated with strong team spirit, good interpersonal skill, and a willingness to learn.
  • Organized and efficient.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

What makes you stand out?

  • 1-2 years of working experience in HR management or consulting area, with working experience in Employee Engagement is preferred.
  • Strong ability of data analysis and storytelling.
