We are currently looking for a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Business Transformation Analyst.
In this pivotal position, you will shape and lead the initiation and operational model definition for various priority programs. The Senior Business Transformation Analyst will manage and execute analytical activities, guiding multi-disciplinary teams through Requirements Management, Design, Change Management, and Implementation Management throughout project delivery. This role often involves acting as a subject matter expert across multiple projects, providing guidance on analysis methodologies.
Additionally, you will oversee Change Management activities, which include early change planning, audience analysis, and the design and delivery of change interventions such as communications, training, and organizational alignment. You will be responsible for tracking change readiness, adoption, and feedback, ensuring a smooth implementation process. The role also encompasses managing the early stages of implementation, including pilot programs, and may involve team management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Anticipate and manage stakeholder expectations while fostering transparent communication and resolving conflicts. Analyze complex problems and lead brainstorming sessions to develop innovative solutions. Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities. Leverage an understanding of the Group's strategy and external marketplace to inform business decisions. Exhibit high energy and motivate team members to achieve collective goals. Encourage open and honest dialogue, even on sensitive issues, to foster a collaborative environment. Act as an expert across multiple projects, guiding teams on their analysis approaches.Operational Excellence:
Coordinate requirements gathering and documentation, ensuring traceability across multiple teams. Challenge existing requirements and design innovative business solutions. Support the assessment of current operating models and translate strategies into target models. Document and develop targeted benefits for change interventions. Utilize financial acumen to create high-level business cases. Architect large-scale change solutions, detailing all elements of the change journey. Lead change implementation activities, providing guidance and regular updates to stakeholders. Define and recommend creative solutions, weighing risks and rewards. Manage process re-engineering efforts, providing detailed guidance on process design.Team Development:
Manage cross-functional teams and individual performance against objectives. Foster an environment that encourages learning and collaboration. Set high standards and reward achievements while promoting continuous improvement. Build professional relationships to enhance collaborative efforts. Encourage networking and collaboration beyond immediate business areas. Support resource management and scheduling for project needs.Required Qualifications:
Extensive experience in a Business Analyst role within the Digital Platform domain. Proven track record in analyzing Retail Banking Mobile Platform Products. Experience managing the requirements lifecycle for Customer Journeys across various channels. Strong understanding of operational impacts due to service failures in digital platforms. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively. Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and sponsors.Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) - Optional. Degree in Business Information Systems or related fields - Optional.HSBCLL/GZ*
