Main Purpose of the role 岗位主要作用：

  • To cope with rapid business growth and expansion, we are currently seeking dynamic and highly-motivated professional PR & Buzz Marketing Manager for China.  The mission of the this position is to build Pandora as the most loved Jewelry Brand in China through maximizing innovative and inspirational brand exposure by recommending, planning, executing and maximizing brand and product exposure and positive free publicity by public relations / corporate relations initiatives in team partnership with the other related functions within the Marketing Team.
  • 为应对业务的快速增长与扩张，我们正在为中国大陆市场物色一位积极主动、充满活力的专业公关与口碑营销经理。该岗位的任务是，通过与营销团队内的其他相关职能紧密协作，通过建议、规划、执行和放大品牌与产品曝光，以及公共关系/企业关系倡议带来的积极宣传，充分保障鼓舞人心的创新型品牌曝光，将潘多拉打造成中国大陆深受追捧的珠宝品牌。

 

Key Accountabilities 关键责任：

Execution 执行

  • Execution of all related PR activities such as press conference, media events under supervision.
  • 在上级监督下执行所有相关的公关活动，如媒体发布会、媒体活动。
  • Responsible for layout and related materials such as content, images, etc. for all PRINT media and ePR.
  • 负责所有印刷媒体和电子公关的布局，以及内容、图片等相关材料。
  • Translate fact sheet, press materials and PR related content and responsible for simple press materials write up.
  • 负责事项简报的翻译、媒体材料和公关内容，以及简单的新闻材料编写。
  • Responsible for media/KOL seeding execution including order products and logistics under supervision.
  • 在监督下负责执行与媒体/意见领袖的合作，包括产品订购和物流。
  • Prepare press kit and send press materials to media for editorial and maintain good relationship with media for more exposure
  • 准备新闻素材包，向媒体发送新闻材料以供编辑，和媒体维护良好的关系，以获得更多曝光
  • Work with Assistant Marketing Manager, PR & Event  on managing PR clipping and all related reports
  • 与公关与活动营销副经理合作，管理公关剪报和所有相关报告

 

Management 管理

  • Manage all samples for media shooting and events, both external and internal use and work closely with merchandising team and logistic team
  • 管理所有内外部使用的媒体摄影和活动样例，并与商品营销团队和物流团队密切合作
  • Download and manage all PR assets and organize systemically under supervision.
  • 在监督下下载并管理所有公关素材，并系统性地进行整理。

 

Financial/Reporting 财务/报告

  • Prepare all financial documentation as set by finance dept.
  • 准备所有财务部门要求的财务文件。
  • Responsible for payment requests of all related PR activities.
  • 负责所有公关活动的付款要求。
  • Collect relevant and related data and information for different PR reports (monthly, planning and post campaign) and work with Assistant Marketing Manager, PR & Event writing reports
  • 从不同的公关报告（月度、规划和宣传活动后报告）中收集相关数据和信息，与公关与活动助理营销经理合作编写报告

 

 

Pivotal and professional qualifications 关键与专业资质：

  • Bachelor degree, preferably in Communication or Journalism related field.
  • 学士学位，通信或新闻相关领域为佳。
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in marketing, preferably within premium apparel, fashion, jewelry & watches.
  • 至少2年营销相关工作经验，高端服饰、时尚、珠宝和腕表行业工作经验为佳。
  • Experience in retail marketing and PR and event is strongly desired.
  • 零售营销、公关与活动经验为佳。
  • Demonstrated passion and interests in fashion trends.
  • 展示出对时尚潮流的热情和兴趣。
  • Self-driven and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • 自主进取，能在无需监督指导的情况下独立工作。
  • Proactive, organized and detail-minded.

  • A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
