Objective of job:
• EV related Media Relationship Management and day-to-day media liaison & service
• Manage the day-to-day BEV related sensitive topics at retail level
• Day-to-day PR Fleet Management
• Assist to plan/execute/support PR initiatives and events in the region
Task description:
• Explore and manage the relationship with local EV media/KOLs in RE through day-to-day media service & liaison;
• Manage the day-to-day BEV related sensitive topics at retail level in Region East:
- Scan and identify the sensitive case/topic with potential media risk on daily basis;
- Risk evaluation and escalation with relevant stakeholders if necessary, incl. retail partner, CRM, legal, etc.
- Take proper PR measures and collaborate with retail partners and other internal business team to de-escalate the sensitive case on media/social platforms;
• Day-to-day PR Fleet Management: Steer PR agency to well manage the PR fleet resources in the region and generate PR coverage upon regional business needs;
• Assist to plan/execute/support PR initiatives and events in Region East:
- Create and sustain the communication momentum of BEV products in the regional markets based on the consistent communication messages with the nation yet with tailor-made local approaches;
- Deliver the high-quality result on the regional PR initiatives and activities, including regional media workshop, regional head profiling, etc.
- Supervise and cooperate with event/communication agency and third parties on PR event/campaign execution
- Report preparation and development;
- Support the team in project concept development and related procedure completion
Bachelor degree or above, preferably with major in English Language, Journalism and Communication;
5+ years of relevant PR/Journalism experience. Auto industry and retail industry is preferred;
Familiar with media landscape in Region East – both digital and traditional, with extensive experience on media communications, in particular on critical topic handling;
Familiar with auto industry and retail business;
Strong administrative and organization skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and complex environment;
Supportive, inspiring and motivational team player with a strong desire to learn and improve his/her-self
