Boeing is looking to hire Global Engagement Specialists to be based out of Shanghai or Beijing.

As a Global Engagement Specialist which is regarded as one of the field worker positions of Boeing , you will have the opportunity to work with professionals from across the industry and positively impact safety and operations of Boeing flight operations and those of our customers world-wide. In this high visibility position you will interact with pilots, managers, regulators, executives, peers, supporting team personnel, and Subject Matter Experts.

Position Responsibilities:

- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with key industry stakeholders, regulatory authorities, industry bodies, peers, partners and direct reports

- Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements

- Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals

- Facilitation of industry best practices for operations, training & safety.

- Consulting activities and assist in customer support.

Required Qualifications:

Experience about Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) .

Experience about Safety Management (SMS).

Experience about airline Safety reviews.

Experience about Flight data monitoring (FDM/FOQA) support.

Experience about Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Fatigue Risk Management (FRMS).

A good relationship builder with excellent communication skills.

Personable, organized with a flair for accuracy, planning, analysis and reporting.

Ability to travel domestic & internationally for more than 50% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experienced Technical pilot.

Relocation:

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

This requisition is for an international, locally hired position.
