3. Site support

e) Monitoring the working hours statistics from PM relevant sites/Labs/offices

4. Prepare and check RC audit preparation
a) Support site/plant/lab audit preparation
b) Conduct pre-audit to check the status of audit preparation
c) Conduct regular internal audit to ensure the EHS management system is maintain in the daily operation
d) As system administrator and coordinator for A-PMA RC readiness APP

5. Contract manufacturing (Toller) EHS management
a) Conduct new toller EHS evaluation
b) Support toller official RC audit for high hazard potential and conduct the contract manufacturer (CM, toller) official audit for medium/low hazard potential & using the RC audit database for record as requirement
c) Monitoring the audit follow up and updated the status in the audit database as global directive requirement
d) Conduct annual toller EHS performance evaluation and coordinate the toller performance evaluation for A-PMA
e) Support toller EHS improvement as business required

6. Digitalization A-PMA EHS related
a) Response the A-PMA’s EHS e-System database management and support site on the e-System implementation
b) e-System monitoring to ensure site/plant/Lab/office is fully follow up to close the case on time as KPI requirement
c) Coordinate the EHS digitalization

Job Requirements:
- Education: Possess at least A Bachelor's Degree or above on Safety, Chemical or Engineering related.
- Working Experience: With at least 8 years' of experience in Chemical company or as function of Operation or EHS.
- Technical & Professional Knowledge: Good knowledge on MS official software and data analysis.
