We are seeking a seasoned Assistant Vice President (Commercial) to join their team in Shanghai, offering a strategic role with a competitive compensation package.
Role Overview:
The Assistant Vice President (Commercial) will play a crucial role in steering the commercial strategies and operations of our client's firm. Your expertise in power trading, combined with an in-depth understanding of provincial policy research and pricing mechanisms, will be instrumental in driving the company's success and sustainability in the green energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and guide the commercial strategy and operations within the power trading domain, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
Conduct comprehensive research on provincial policies affecting the power sector, interpreting and applying this knowledge to optimize trading strategies and operations.
Develop and implement robust pricing models and strategies, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
Engage with key stakeholders across the industry to forge strategic partnerships and enhance business growth.
Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and ethical practice.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the power trading industry.
Strong background in provincial policy research, power trading, and pricing strategies.
Exceptional analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of driving team success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong business relationships.
A bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
