Role Overview:

In this strategic position, the Associate Vice President of Strategy/Strategy Advisor will play a key role in shaping the future direction of the company. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sophisticated market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the power industry.

  • Develop and recommend strategic plans to enhance market position, profitability, and operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align the company's strategic initiatives with its overall business goals.

  • Facilitate strategic planning sessions and provide insightful, actionable advice to various business units.

  • Monitor industry developments and strategic moves of competitors to advise on potential impacts and strategic responses.

  • Engage with stakeholders across the organization to ensure the successful implementation of strategic initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a strategy role within the power industry, with a strong emphasis on market research and analysis.

  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing.

  • Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across organizational levels.

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field; an MBA or equivalent is preferred.
