Continental offers market specific solutions to the Chinese market.

  1. Leading and handling customer RFQ and acquisition activities in terms of BA and product presentation or promotion at customer, quotation kick off meeting, pricing strategy, etc.

  2. Coordination of smooth supply to customers and handling of sales operational tasks related to local and trading bussiness(e.g., AR, overdue, annual price negotiation, delivery issue, commercial claim, customer communication according to BA strategy);

  3. Handle and monitor sales planning (annual budget planning and monthly CDP(Customer Demand Plan)for responsible customers;

  4. Define proper sales and commercial customer strategy in terms of quotation, price negotiation, handle price contract, and relevant commercial topic related to customer;

  5. Support on management reporting, internal process and other affairs;

  6. Customer relationship maintain and intelligence collection.

  7. Bachelor or above majoring in Electronics, engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related;

  8. 35 years or more sales experience in automotive industry, COEM biz development experience is plus. Experience and knowledge in new energy vehicle field/Chassis/BMS is plus;

  9. Proven business development capabilities. Has the experience to join a complete project development. Can perform market study independently and make sound opportunity analysis;

  10. Open mind, Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, project management skill is plus;

  11. Good MS Excel & PowerPoint skills, have business sense;

  12. Good oral and written English skill;

  13. Self-motivated, positive thinking, high EQ, good at cross function communication, have ownership, can work under pressure and independently.
