Possess a Bachelors degree in a relevant field with a strong emphasis on project management and service desk operations.Demonstrate extensive experience in managing service desk projects with a proven track record of successful project delivery.Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.Certifications Required
