1.B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent in education and experience).

2.Experience driving digital data strategy and implementation in a 2B or larger enterprise.

3.Ability to manage digital projects independently, multi-task and work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical staff in team-oriented environments

4.Technology-savvy with an understanding of digital and traditional marketing techniques

5.Excellent verbal and written English-language skills

What will be your key responsibilities?

The Digital Data Analytics Manager will report to the Digital Data Capability Senior Lead, and is responsible for re-applying existing digital data capability and developing new capability across BUs in 3 dimensions: data readiness, technology readiness, and organization readiness.

The responsibilities of Digital Data Analytics Manager include:

1.Lead execution of digital data strategies to deliver tangible business value.

2.Engage senior business leaders locally, evaluate and recommend a path from current situation to future solution set, and co-define the success measures.

3.Engage business team to develop right analysis framework to drive data insights and to influence to actions

4.Lead cross-functional virtual team (including sales, CMI, media, CRM, S&F, supply, and R&D, etc.) in BUs to execute the analysis framework to develop organizational data capability and talents to generate comprehensive business insights.

5.Leverage the technology foundations (including report automation, data visualization, and data integration, etc.) to enable associates to access required data transparently, efficiently, and conveniently.

6.Work with various Mars service providers (i.e. Digital capabilities team, Mars hosting group) to ensure that all initiatives are executed with the most effective, fit-for-purpose within defined project management frame. .

7.Collaborate and be a foundation to empower the other digital work streams (including Intelligent Reach, Product Innovation, RTM, etc.) in digital transformation.

Key deliverables include:

1)Customized framework for developing organizational data capability in BUs in China and globally via digital data capability solutions

2)Play a critical Project Governance role of Mars service providers

3)Develop BU key users to improve on data capabilities

4)Customized business cases and templates for China and selective global markets on how to generate insight and actions to enable growth

5)Drive continuous digital data solution innovation by acquiring new data source, building new solutions and re-applying to new business
