About the job:

• Responsible for demand forecasting of standard materials from multiple vendors and setting safety stocks based on actual order conditions to maintain a healthy inventory rate for the entire project.

• Analyze inventory data, predict material demands, optimize inventory structures, and minimize cost risks.

• Manage stock tables, ensure the accuracy of inventory. To track stock movements through reports.

• Generate purchase orders based on MRP and organize annual inventory audit to ensure that accounts match reality.

• Assist BOM colleagues to identify trends and patterns in material usage, providing a foundation for BOM optimization. Collaborate closely with BOM colleagues to promptly respond to change requests and guarantee the precision of material planning.

• Provide data summary and analysis support to the OH/Engineering/Sourcing/Claim teams, and deliver related reports tailored to various needs.

• Complete any additional tasks assigned by the line manager.

What you know:

  • Good communication and coordination skill.
  • Powerful data analysis capabilities.
  • Problem solving treat problems as opportunities, willing to learn problem solving tools and practice in daily work. Able to overcome difficulties and heavy working pressure.
  • Coordinate with others: Do proactive communication, build good relationship with other colleagues.
  • Bachelor’s degree major and familiar with material planning.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in supply chain area of manufacturing industry.
  • Proficient in Excel & PPT etc.
  • Experienced in ERP system.
  • Excellent English both in spoken and written.
  • Mastering the D365 system is a plus.
