About the Position:
  • Manage FTS and FFH procurement ensuring compliance with budget and quality standards
  • Conduct market monitoring, risk management, supplier relationship management, and negotiations
  • Develop new supply sources and processes in line with global procurement strategies
Main Responsibilities:

CATEGORY MANAGEMENT

  • Implement category strategies for business continuity and cost efficiency
  • Analyze market and spending trends, manage procurement activities, and optimize value
  • Ensure quality and service levels while following internal procedures

SOURCING, NEGOTIATION & SCOUTING

  • Conduct market analysis, supplier scouting, and negotiations for the best partnerships
  • Qualify new suppliers, participate in accreditation, and optimize supplier selection
  • Support departments in purchasing contract negotiations and terms

SOURCE TO PAY

  • Monitor source-to-pay process, supplier registration, and adherence to financial terms
  • Ensure supplier compliance, manage sourcing activities, and optimize processes

CONTRACT & VENDOR MANAGEMENT

  • Apply contracts that meet supply needs and ensure compliance
  • Map vendors with annual spending and monitor contract performance

SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT - PERFORMANCE & REPORTING

  • Monitor supplier performance, cost vs budget, and market data regularly
  • Keep track of supplier services and ensure reliability in quality and delivery
Requirements:
  • Experience in purchasing or relevant field
  • Knowledge of marketing tools, agencies, and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Understanding of procurement processes, global team experience a plus
  • Capability in Relationship Management, proficiency in English and Mandarin
  • Experience with SAP and Ariba is preferred
