  • Establish and oversee a sales force matrix to promote enhancements in business performance.
  • Define key performance indicators, specific metrics, and outcomes that are in line with business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience, along with a proven track record in roles related to commercial excellence, sales operations, sales, or marketing.
  • Possess strong leadership abilities to empower and inspire individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Solid understanding of financial principles applied in sales environments.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in navigating a matrixed work setting and influencing others to drive desired outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of synthesizing complex information for diverse executive audiences.
  • Thorough grasp of standard business practices relevant to sales operations processes and systems.
  • Experience working in both direct sales and distribution setups.
  • Proficiency in both distributor development and channel management.
