General Summary:

  • Ensure equipment operates smoothly and minimize unplanned downtime.
  • Control spare parts and material consumption, actively participate in cost reduction projects.
  • Collaborate with production department to ensure equipment meets production goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily equipment checks and troubleshooting to ensure proper functioning.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance and regular inspections as scheduled.
  • Maintain accurate records, forms, and equipment downtime logs.
  • Replace and repair damaged spare parts, control spare parts consumption.
  • Install, adjust, and program production equipment.
  • Assist engineers in identifying and providing suggestions for handling defective products.
  • Execute environmental protection and safety responsibilities.
  • Support engineers in major equipment repairs, handling production line issues, and training new technicians.

Qualifications:

  • Familiar with pneumatic components and circuit control, able to read mechanical drawings or electrical schematics.
  • Two years or more experience in equipment maintenance or related field.
  • Background in mechanical or electrical engineering, with at least technical diploma or equivalent education.
  • Willing to work 12-hour shifts, in a clean workshop environment.
  • Strong team player.

Workplace: Clean workshop, no occupational hazards.
