Job Description

岗位职责

1. 管理测试团队的日常运作,测试标准化建设、软件测试技能提升及软件测试团队建设;

2. 负责制定软件测试方案及测试计划,能够控制和协调整个测试进度,保证产品质量;

3. 负责各项目端对应的接口测试和自动化测试工具研究和技术推广;

4. 负责指导编写各项测试相关文档,包括测试用例、测试执行记录、测试报告等;

5. 协调并积极解决多个并行项目的时间资源冲突 优先级冲突 和人力资源冲突安排在测试各环节与开发、产品等部门沟通保证测试输入和输出的正确性和完备性;

6. 引入合适的自动化测试工具,提升团队测试效率。

Qualifications

职位要求

1. 计算机或相关专业本科以上学历,5年以上软件测试工作经验,2年以上测试管理经验,熟悉敏捷开发流程;

2. 熟悉系统测试、性能测试、安全测试及自动化测试,熟练使用接口测试工具(如Jmeter),性能测试工具(如Loadrunner),安全测试工具(如Fitness),自动化测试工具(如Selenium)等,熟悉常用的项目管理工具(如JIRA、QC、禅道等)及版本控制工具(SVN、Git等);

3. 能够独立编写测试计划、测试用例,执行测试过程,完成测试报告,搭建维护测试环境;

4. 对软件测试有浓厚的兴趣和丰富的经验,有很强的分析能力和定位问题的能力;

5. 责任心强,具备较强的协调、沟通及组织能力。
