About the role

Reporting directly to the China Sales Head at Nexperia, the Automotive Sales Head leads the ambitious and highly motivated Automotive Sales team in the region. He/she is working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all of Nexperia's Technical, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain Expertise is fully leveraged by the regional sales & marketing team. The result of this is the highest possible level of customer satisfaction while maximizing revenue and profitability for Nexperia.

What you will do

Define Automotive Sales Regional Strategy Own Sales & Design-win targets of the region for the Automotive segment Align on transfer of business between regions with other Regional Leaders Drive global sales for strategic accounts in the region Manage, steer, and maintain cost envelope for the region of Auto Segment Rigorously drive Culture of Performance throughout the organization Staffing, Performance Management, Talent management, timely incentive roll-out, and hire/fire decisions (in close cooperation with the SVP Sales & Marketing and HR Sales & Marketing) Drive a commercial and technical workforce and as such enable the team to develop as a trusted adviser to the customers in the region Provide input on product roadmaps, customer lists, account value propositions, and GTM resources and structure Deploy pricing and target-setting programs defined by SVP Sales & Marketing Establish Business Governance Drive and support monthly business reviews, and quarterly RFF.

What you will need

Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including EXCEL, PowerPoint Good knowledge of Discrete Semiconductors including MOSFETs, etc. The ability to define and execute strategies skillfully involving multiple stakeholders Entrepreneurial thinking, result-oriented, customer-focused Team player who embraces responsibility and wants to be part of a winning team Very strong communication and presentation skills Strong communication and negotiation skills Able to travel frequently
