In short

As Head of Brand Comms you will lead our communication strategies and enhance our brand presence in China. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing public relations, social media, influencer partnerships, and crisis management to ensure a consistent and impactful brand message. In all aspects of this team, the pursuit of compelling stories will be championed and in close collaboration with the full marketing leadership group you will help us craft channel first responses to our priorities and briefs.

Your mission

– Develop and implement a comprehensive multi-channel communication strategy

– Craft and manage all communication materials, ensuring brand voice consistency across all platforms

– Lead and mentor a team of PR, social media, and influencers & athletes relationship

– Oversee media relations and develop relationships with media members, influencers, and community leaders

– Direct social media strategies that engage audiences and promote brand-focused interactive and engaging content

– Manage and expand influencer partnerships to align with brand values and marketing objectives

– Design and execute effective PR campaigns and act as the brand spokesperson

– Navigate the brand through crisis situations, developing protocols and messaging to mitigate negative impacts

– Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies, adjusting plans as needed

Your story

– Proven experience in a Marketing & Communications leadership or similar role, with a track record of managing brand communication for a global brand

– Experience in both agency and in-house

– Strong understanding of the sports footwear industry and market trends

– Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive and inspire a team

– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

– Strategic thinker with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

– Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
