Position Summary
The Head of China Development Team Leads is a strategic thinker, problem solver, and action-oriented scientific leader. Responsible for driving a sustainable pipeline of innovative medicines, this role involves overseeing multi-disciplinary teams from clinical development to regulatory approval. Join us and be accountable for developing compelling strategies to meet ambitious portfolio objectives and contribute to value creation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Execution

  • Creates China strategies for assets and executes effective development programs.
  • Engages with cross-functional teams and advisory groups to define asset strategies.
  • Participates in business development evaluations and recommendations.
  • Delivers high-quality assets to address medical needs.
  • Ensures compliance with established program standards and seeks opportunities for improvement.

Leadership and Matrix Alignment

Qualifications & Experience
  • MD, master or doctoral degree, with a focus on drug development.
  • 10+ years of industry experience in drug development and leadership roles.
  • Expertise in matrix team leadership and regulatory expectations.
  • Demonstrated track record of global organizational collaboration and successful team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of disease biology and regulatory impact on commercialization.
