The world leader in gas analysis is excited to be recruiting for an experienced and talented Key Account Manager (KAM) for our Purity and Specialty (P&S) business unit. Servomex, part of the Spectris FTSE 250 Group is the global leader in gas analysis and the successful candidate will strategically promote our products and services to generate sustained profitable sales growth in our fast-growing, high performing China business.
This is a full-time permanent role, based in Shanghai . There will be 50% travel across China - specifically East China.

About the Opportunity:
To define monthly and quarterly deliver order and sales objectives for the region. Work closely with Business Units (BU) and Global KAM to closely manage and support global project pursuit and business strategies for Super 80 accounts. To develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts in the semiconductor and industrial gases market to accomplish organic growth and drive '80-20' culture. To develop the business plan and sales strategy for targeted key accounts and work with KAM's to ensure the success of the plan. To work with the Global KAM in terms of Global Frame Agreement implementation to ensure pricing drives profitable growth. Establish target markets, key application areas and customers in co-ordination with Marketing, providing regular customer and market feedback. Arrange customer visits, seminars, symposia, conferences, and other events as and when required in order to develop new sales opportunities for Servomex. Liaise with sales channels and Servomex departments to ensure any technical or commercial problems are resolved promptly. Provide reports utilising on customers and opportunities on a regular basis as requested by management.About your Talent:
Your Essential Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
Proven experience and a successful track record of sales within the Gas Analysis/ Process Instrumentation industry Proven knowledge and experience in the semi-conductor and industrial gas markets. Key account management experience with large national & international accounts, such as Air Liquide, Linde and Air Product. Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels. Strong capability to develop and manage sales channel and distributors as well as mega project hunting capability. Result oriented attitude and strategic thinking mindset. Strong communication and problem-solving skill. Willingness to travel (East China and Shanghai) - some international travel will also be required. Experience of using CRM tools (preferably ). Degree level (or equivalent) within an engineering/scientific discipline. Chinese language – fluent.
