Position Summary
Diagnose talent management needs, recommend, develop, and implement solutions for Leadership Development, Talent Review, Engagement & Inclusion, Organizational Effectiveness, and Employee Experience.

Key Responsibilities include

  • Be an active member in the global Talent Management team, bringing expertise, fresh perspectives, and regional insights to drive consistent talent management strategies.
  • Partner with HR and business as an internal consultant on talent agenda, providing solutions for organizational effectiveness.
  • Contribute to regional talent solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage Leadership learning programs and monitor execution progress.
  • Champion modern approaches for learning and development.
  • Support in deploying people & culture processes, including employee engagement and diversity initiatives.
  • Facilitate trainings, workshops, and other HR projects.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 8+ years talent development experience in a multinational or cross-cultural environment.
  • Expertise in training delivery and workshop facilitation.
  • Passionate about Talent processes and practices.
  • Hands-on experience in Leadership Learning, Performance Management, Culture Transformation, and Employee Experience.
  • Experience in Talent Assessment and project management.
  • Fast learner with data mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Travel as required.
