Position Overview

Role Summary

The HR Solutions Partners at TE engage in a multitude of Human Resources functions, encompassing employee relations, recruitment, termination processes, and data analysis. They execute HR policies at local, regional, or global levels, working alongside management to propel company-wide initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess talent development requirements and propose effective Learning and Development solutions tailored for the manufacturing sector.
  • Act as a performance consultant, collaborating with HR partners to formulate and execute Learning & Development strategies that address specific operational needs, including performance improvement, change management, team cohesion, and employee engagement.
  • Design and oversee comprehensive talent development programs for blue-collar workers, ensuring the workforce is equipped with essential skills to meet future demands.
  • Work in partnership with HR colleagues and team leaders to cultivate and advocate for a career advancement framework that supports individual development pathways.
  • Utilize various assessment tools, such as 360-degree feedback, to consult with managers on identifying development needs and creating focused improvement plans.
  • Assist HR leadership in enhancing capabilities and developing site HR competencies to boost overall team performance.
  • Facilitate engaging learning experiences to promote knowledge sharing and skill enhancement within plant operations.
  • Identify and collaborate with quality vendors or leverage internal expertise to ensure effective content delivery, managing resources efficiently to provide high-quality learning modules.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree; advanced degrees or certifications in Learning & Development or HR are advantageous.
  • A minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in Learning and Development or HR business partnering, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
  • Certifications in various talent management tools and training are preferred.
  • Familiarity with the manufacturing landscape in China and the ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
  • Proven experience in managing comprehensive learning and development programs from inception to completion.
