Job Title: HR Ops Partner, SHP

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Partner to join our team at SABIC - Saudi Basic Industries Corp. in Shanghai. As an HR Operations Partner, you will collaborate with the HR Manager to bring HR expertise to the SHP management team and employees, leveraging company resources to translate business priorities and people strategy into HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the HR Manager in communicating and executing HR policies and processes, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
  2. Regularly train and refresh managers and employees on HR policies and processes, providing timely responses to their questions.
  3. Support the HR Manager in engaging with employees, collecting feedback, and suggestions to improve employee experience and satisfaction.
  4. Develop manpower planning and talent development plans, leveraging company resources to deliver HR solutions.
  5. Monitor HR data and reports, analyzing data and providing suggestions for optimization.
  6. Tackle employee-related issues, consulting with SABIC legal and local labor administration to ensure solutions align with key stakeholders.
  7. Be responsible for the hiring and exit process.
  8. Support the Talent Review Process (TRP).
  9. Regularly refresh employees with updates on employee benefits schemes.
  10. Develop annual training plans with site managers, monitoring and ensuring effective execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Proficient in English (verbal and written).
  • At least 5 years of solid HR generalist working experience in a multinational manufacturing company with 200+ employees.
  • Recruiting, employee relations, and payroll experience are must-haves.
  • Experience in employee engagement activities is preferred.
  • Proficient knowledge of China labor law.
  • Good command of HR processes, such as hiring, exit, and performance management.
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel formulas, including if, vlookup, and pivot.
  • ISO 9001 knowledge.
  • Good communication and influencing skills.
  • Well-organized, structured approach for problem-solving with carefulness, fairness, and integrity mindset.
