About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead our China HRS Ops team in building trusted partnerships with China BHR and leveraging the capabilities of the entire HRS team as One HR. The successful candidate will accelerate the HR solutions operating model, enabling capabilities and business strategies to deliver profitable HR services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the China HRS Ops team to build trusted partnerships with China BHR and leverage the entire HRS team's capabilities as One HR.
  • Explore automation opportunities on Employee Life Cycle, T&A management, MyHR data management, and data analytics reports.
  • Drive transition projects with cross-team collaboration in accordance with global transition methodology.
  • Partner with the data team to enhance the quality of new hire data and audit existing data in MyHR and Kronos.
  • Build a strong partnership with BHR, engage customers, and enrich their experience.
  • Support the Ops team to identify and prioritize customers' pain points and leverage HRS capabilities to harmonize services and simplify operations' processes.
  • Partner with HR compliance team to identify, assess, and put in place controls to manage and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Develop the team's capabilities by helping them discover their interests and potential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years' experience in managing related HR SSC functions for a large international company.
  • Solid knowledge of China employment and labor-related HR/Tax laws and HR compliance and risk control.
  • Excellent management skills and ability to set priorities and meet challenging deadlines.
  • Customer focus, positive, initiative, and result-oriented.
  • Good interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Fluent English.
  • Familiar with HR systems.
