HR Operations Specialist

Objectives:

Oversee a diverse range of human resources initiatives, assisting site leadership in delivering business outcomes through tailored HR solutions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and training programs, as well as local compensation and benefits design.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Direct and manage daily recruitment activities and talent acquisition strategies to fulfill current and future staffing needs.

2. Collaborate with site leaders to ensure effective management of personnel costs, monitoring overtime and attendance records with the support of Shared Services to enhance cost efficiency.

3. Spearhead the implementation of performance management systems at the designated site, encompassing goal setting, performance reviews, development discussions, and addressing critical employee concerns to foster a high-performance culture.

4. Initiate and lead initiatives aimed at boosting employee satisfaction, motivation, engagement, and retention through the execution of feedback programs and action planning, while continuously gathering insights from both managers and employees to enhance engagement levels.

5. Partner with the Talent Development Center of Excellence to roll out and monitor training initiatives at the site.

6. Provide analytical support to business decisions through data insights and reporting.

7. Offer HR consultancy to both management and staff.

8. Undertake additional HR responsibilities as assigned by the business management team and HRBP leadership.

Quality & Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):

1. Adhere to the internal quality management system and comply with organizational quality standards.

2. Follow the internal HSE protocols and meet the established health and safety requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Proven ability to drive significant HR initiatives throughout the organization.

2. Strong capability to influence and mentor both managers and employees.

3. Comprehensive understanding of local labor regulations and employee lifecycle management.

4. Exceptional interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, strategic mindset, and practical approach.

5. Proficient in written and spoken English.

Education & Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher.

2. At least 5 years of relevant HRBP experience within multinational corporations.

3. Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
