About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Support monthly payroll with external service providers, ensuring compliance with legal and tax requirements for the Asia region.
- Collaborate with the payroll vendor to maintain an efficient payroll process.
- Analyze payroll data, ensuring accurate deductions and handle employee-related payroll queries.
- Process payroll in accordance with agreed SOPs and controls, maintaining and updating procedures as needed.
- Support leave applications and leave balance management.
HR Assist:
- Efficiently respond to escalated queries.
- Ensure data accuracy in HCM for employees, including organizational structure representation.
- Respond to employee and HR Lead queries via the Employee Portal TWEpedia.
- Support change of terms documentation for local contracts.
- Administer local expatriates.
- Provide finance with regular, accurate Asia data for labor cost budgeting.
Policy & Process:
- Support the maintenance of contract templates and Asia policies, researching, interpreting, reviewing, and revising policies and contracts as needed.
Other:
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the HR Assist and Payroll function.
About You
We seek a candidate with a HR or Business degree, over 2 years of HR work experience in a multinational company, fluency in English and Mandarin, knowledge of labor laws, and excellent communication skills.
