Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with regional leadership to understand business needs and translate them into effective HR solutions.
  • Design, implement, and manage a robust talent management framework that fosters employee growth and development.
  • Lead organizational design initiatives, ensuring structures are aligned with business goals and promote collaboration.
  • Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including workforce planning, headcount management, performance reviews, learning & development, and compensation & benefits.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity, engagement, and high performance.
  • Build strong talent pipelines to ensure the organization has the skilled workforce needed for future success.
  • Communicate effectively with leadership and employees to keep them informed and engaged.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of proven experience in HR management within global, complex organizations, preferably in the engineering or technology sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in organizational design and development methodologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and integrated platforms across all functional areas (talent acquisition, learning & development, performance management, compensation & benefits).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into actionable HR strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
