About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Operations Manager to lead our China HRS Ops team at Koch Global Services. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for building trusted partnerships with our China BHR team and leveraging the capabilities of our entire HR team to deliver profitable HR solutions services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the China HRS Ops team to develop and implement HR solutions operating models that enable business strategies and initiatives.
  • Explore automation opportunities in employee lifecycle management, time and attendance management, MyHR data management, and data analytics reports.
  • Drive transition projects with cross-functional collaboration in accordance with global transition methodologies.
  • Partner with the data team to enhance the quality of new hire data and audit existing data in MyHR and Kronos, collaborating with Employee Service Center/BHR/project team/payroll teams to create value for the FSG project in Phase 2.
  • Build strong partnerships with BHR, engage customers, and enrich their experience with our services.
  • Support the Ops team in identifying and prioritizing customer pain points and leveraging HRS capabilities to harmonize services and simplify operations processes.
  • Partner with HR compliance teams to identify, assess, and implement controls to manage and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Develop the team's capabilities by helping them discover their interests and potential, providing development opportunities for self-actualization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years' experience in managing related HR SSC functions for a large international company.
  • Solid knowledge of China employment and labor-related HR/Tax laws, as well as HR compliance and risk control.
  • Excellent management skills and ability to set priorities and meet challenging deadlines.
  • Customer focus, positive, initiative, and result-oriented.
  • Good interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Fluent English.
  • Familiar with HR systems.
