The Position

规范诊疗

1.基于公司相关产品策略,介绍罗氏产品的关键信息,使医生及专家认知并了解罗氏的产品知识

2.基于公司疾病领域相关策略,传递相应疾病领域产品相关医学信息,促进医生制定规范治疗方案运用专业知识,助力生态圈内诊断准确度的提升

学科建设

1.访问临床及病理医生,按时按质的完成相关客户(尤其重点专家)对于疾病领域洞见的收集进行总结、分析和反馈

2.组织、协调并整合各类治疗领域学术会议,推动建立治疗领域治疗规范

疾病全程管理

支持协助患者解决方案经理,关注疾病领域全程管理和治疗方案优化

Qualification and Experience 能力与经验

• 具备相关疾病领域的基础知识


• 良好学习能力


• 业务敏锐度


• 较高的沟通能力和高效的执行能力


• 正确的思维和行为 (使命驱动,合作共赢,成长性思维)

Years of Working Experience 工作年限


•3年以上医药行业工作经验


•既往有销售/市场/医学经验


•跨职能工作经验为佳

Education/Qualifications 教育程度/ 所获资格证书


•医学或药学相关本科及以上学历


•在试用期内通过RDPAC考试


•在试用期内完成罗氏所有必修课程
