Responsibilities

  • Manage sales& service network with target setting, service competence improvement, projects based support,etc
  • Develop new opportunities on customer demands for repair, retrofit, pre-maintenance and solution offer etc.
  • Setup and develop customer database, market dynamics & intelligence study on regular base,
  • Develop and implement sales actitivies/events for marine customers, with support of marketing, service department, etc. to increase business awarness and sales growth
  • Maintain key customer relationship by regular customer care and visit,
  • Responsible for order handling, sales agreement & contract, routine sales topics
  • Coordinate local and regional customer service, project implementation with workshops, OE sales team;
  • Maintain communication with plants, coordinate business and other related issues
Competencies and experiences:

  • Above 6 years working experience in the field of Marine, over 2 years' service engineer experience.
  • Bachelor degree or above, major in relevant of marine engineering
  • Basical technical background of Marine driveline protion, better to have on-site maintenance ability
  • Good communication and coordinate ability
  • Good market BD ability, Skilled for price negotiation and customer relationship maintenance
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
  • Familiar with office software
  • Very good team worker and interpersonal skills
  • High motivated, energetic and dedicated
