What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities


- Ensure completeness and accuracy of US and Local GAAP & Tax reporting in collaboration with the Country Tax Centers (CTC), which involves maintaining statutory ledgers, ensuring accuracy of parallel ledgers (if applicable), focusing on correct tax accounting, and coordinating with audit teams.


- Timely close and execution of financial periods following closing calendar and SLA commitments, adhering to Compliance, Internal Audit, and SOX requirements.


- Be responsible for accuracy and validity of actuals reported within process/entity scope.


- Demonstrate deep expertise and comprehensive knowledge of Worldwide Procedures and compliance requirements for relevant areas.


- Lead in generating ideas, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and identifying process efficiency opportunities.


- Implement global Strategy & Solutions aligned with taxonomy.


- If serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), ensure alignment across sectors, regions, and processes, maintaining good documentation and global consistency.


- Focus on regular Balance Sheet reconciliations to reduce open and long outstanding items.


- Drive process improvements, propose ideas, and implement them according to global standards.

Compliance


- Assist auditors and legal authorities with required activities.


- Adhere to worldwide policies and procedures, identify compliance risks, and suggest solutions to rectify/prevent breaches.


- Establish robust internal controls to obtain favorable internal and external audit ratings.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in finance. 1-3 years of GL/auditing/accounting experience.

- Proficiency in SAP/Oracle/ERP system.

- Experience in relevant Tax, prefer CPA certificate.

- Strong English skills in written and read.
