Position Summary: The position, situated in Shanghai, involves carrying out specialized local treasury operations for the Corporate's China legal entities.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Liquidity management (cash pooling, MMF investment, etc)
  • Credit facility reviewing and management (P-card, standby letter of guarantee, etc)
  • Prepare compliance reporting as per regulator requirements
  • Work closely with bankers to stay abreast of regulations and latest finance policies. Manage bank accounts, including opening, closure, and information updates.
  • Collaborate with venture team for equity investment and exiting, among other tasks.
  • Develop cash forecast
  • Conduct compliance review and declaration such as overseas payment declaration in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Comprehend the SAFE requirement and provide guidance to requestors
  • Support hub cash/treasury team as necessary
  • Participate in and manage Ad-hoc projects when needed

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance or accounting
  • Around 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably with exposure in treasury functions
  • Proficiency in both written and verbal English
  • International study or work experience is advantageous

Required Skills/Personality/Attitude:

  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Flexible and capable of independently completing tasks
  • Keen on acquiring new knowledge
  • Can work autonomously and adapt to dynamic work environments
  • Detail-oriented individual
  • Proficient in MS Office tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint; adept at analysis and preferably skilled in developer or python

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
  • Advanced degrees in a relevant field can substitute for up to two years of work experience
