8-10 years of working experience in supply chain area, thereof at least 5 years in automotive supply chain (preferably NEV) Successful track record of overall management in supply chain for business size over 1 billion CNY (preferred) Excellent grasp of commercial / project purchasing with good understanding of quality basics Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both in Chinese and English; Entrepreneural mindset with capability to develop new business models; Strong decision making and risk evaluation capability; Capability to independently drive continuous organizational change and cope with fast growth Interest towards technology and fast learning capability of technical topics Can work under pressure and in challenging conditions; Customer Service mindset;
