ROLE OVERVIEW
- Receive, unload, and process deliveries according to invoice and reports
- Stage merchandise by department and ensure correct placement
- Verify, track, and manage inventory accurately
- Maintain shipping and receiving logs
- Secure receiving area and packages
- Adhere to shipping guidelines and regulations
- Communicate with guests regarding packages
- Monitor and report any issues with shipments

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Report accidents and unsafe conditions
- Adhere to safety protocols and training
- Follow company policies and maintain professionalism
- Handle guest service needs promptly and courteously
- Build and maintain positive relationships
- Conduct physical tasks such as lifting and moving objects
- Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisors

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Related Work Experience: No previous experience required
Supervisory Experience: None needed
License or Certification: Not required
