Consultant – Career Services (Executive Rewards)

We will count on you to:

Participate in the client projects as a key project member and ensure delivery on time, on budget and to customer satisfaction. Provide practical HR programs/solutions that contribute to organizational success and support business strategies of the identified clients, with a primary focus on executive remuneration. Able to lead small project (less than 1 million RMB). Design interview guidelines, conduct interviews, summarize key points, conduct market practice analysis, discuss project ideas and solutions under the guidance of the project manager. Provide necessary training to clients such as methodologies for executive compensation benchmarking and long-term incentives design. Draft client reports under the guidance of the project managers. Work closely with clients to understand clients' expectations and refine project reports based on clients' feedback. Provide guidance to project team analysts and ensure timely delivery of work.

What you need to have:

Bachelor or above degree 3-4 years of relevant consulting experience Basic knowledge of executive compensation and long-term incentives design Sufficient project delivery experience Strong research and analytical skills Good time management skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines. Highly proficient computer skills Good communication skills in Chinese and English. Ability to travel
