M&A Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Execute HR M&A and Business Transformation strategies under the project manager's guidance.
  • Conduct various tasks including deal validation, compliance review, leadership assessment, and project management.
  • Develop client relations, draft reports, and engage in project proposals.
  • Provide guidance to analysts and ensure project objectives are met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 3+ years of consulting experience in HR.
  • Strong research, analysis, and project delivery skills.
  • Quick learner, team player, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Comfortable with travel and remote work.

Stand Out Qualities:

  • Strong commercial sense and deal knowledge.
  • Background in Financial Accounting, Corporate Finance, Law, or Valuation is advantageous.
