Position Description

The Sales Operations Specialist within the Asia Sales & Service team will play a vital role in optimizing processes, overseeing sales data, and taking charge of handling contracts for Asia suppliers, as well as managing the onboarding process for new suppliers. The ideal candidate must possess keen attention to detail, exceptional organizational capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end onboarding for new customers, including the onboarding process for NA suppliers' shipping requirements.
  • Enhance efficiency and productivity by developing and maintaining sales processes and procedures.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date information by managing and updating the CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Analyze data, generate sales reports, and pinpoint trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.
  • Collaborate with departments like marketing to bolster sales initiatives and campaigns.
  • Act as a bridge between the sales team and internal departments, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Work closely with the sales team to create sales forecasts and achieve set goals.

Required Experience/Skills

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, international trade, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and adeptness in managing various stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively in a high-energy environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suite and skilled in working with data.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and uphold accuracy and quality.
  • Flexible to changing priorities and willing to work in a team-centric environment.

Preferred

  • Background in supply chain-related fields or previous experience in the international logistics industry.
  • Experience in collaborating with global teams and external partners.
  • Previous involvement in sales operations within the logistics or transportation sector.
