Develop and deploy plan of QMS in China regionUnderstand the landscape of quality processes and systems Define and deploy improvement opportunities to improve the quality process and systems Define support requests towards headquarters Establish and maintain QMS KPIs and dashboard and drive for performance improvementAlign with ASML headquarters on targets/KPIsDefine leading KPIs for QMS within team Organize and facilitate quality audits (internal and external) Work with stakeholders on follow-up & improvement on audit findings Closely collaborate with different sectors to ensure synchronized quality processes. Support on customer communication with Customer Quality Managers. Support driving the quality mindset & training especially on QMS Perform other duties as assigned or requiredEducational Level
Bachelor degree or aboveExperience
Experience in the semiconductor industry Experience in Professional Field Service Operations Experience in people leadership is a plus. Proficient use of MS office, SAP, SMS/MHO, AIR Microsoft BI/PowerApps and/or Spotfire experience as plus Experience/Strong Knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS, Six Sigma, SPC, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is a plus. Experience/Strong knowledge of problem-solving skills/tools and techniques such as 8D/A3 methodology, DMAIC, Lean Six Sigma Methodology, etc. is a plus.Personal Skills
