Description
Align with global strategies to develop China local medical strategy and tactical plan for Galderma products/portfolios, including but not limited with pre-launch preparation, post-marketing clinical trials, scientific communication, build up and maintain academic relationship with top KOLs. At the same time, to provide medical/academic insights for marketing strategy/plan and cross-functional professional support.
Key Responsibilities
Independently develop medical strategy and action plans for products/indications under charge with high quality and come up with medical initiatives which can facilitate the brand development; Leverage medical expertise in defined therapeutic area to identify the opportunities in life cycle management, participate in the key projects of product life cycle management process; Develop and implement pre-launch medical plan/activities for new products prior to the planned launch in the country to address key clinical and scientific challenges; Facilitate MA team excellence, facilitate MA team to execute medical activities as per full year medical plan, with high quality and deliverables preset. Ensure medical leadership in generating brand strategy and brand action plan on defined products or therapeutic area, provide strategic and valuable medical analysis in brand strategy developing; Review and approval promotional and non-promotional materials to ensure they are fully aligned with regulation guideline and strategy. Proactively contribute and lead the urgent crisis due to patients' complaint. Closely working with brand team and other functions to support business, e.g. provide medical input for brand promotional activities, marketing access activities, etc. Define, initiate, coordinate and manage local PMS /Observational studies, Local regulations and Global Strategy. Define IIT Strategies and responsible for the execution of IIT in align with GCP, Local regulations, including contract, payment and publication. Ensures GCP compliance and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for conduct of trial activities. Lead and oversee the budget of medical affairs studies, responsible for the database management, CSR and publication process.Skills & Qualifications
Master of clinical medicine as minimum. More than 2 year in clinical practice is preferred; More than 5 years in pharmaceutical or medical device or cosmetic company, including 3 year medical strategy role, early product launch experience is preferred, specialized in dermatology is preferred; Who with experience with data generation strategy and publication etc. is preferential. People management experience is preferential. Professional credibility and strict ethics Capable of thinking holistically, with solid understanding of Galderma portfolio, to develop Central Medical Strategy and tactics of specific product. Business insights and marketing sense Capability of working in a corporate/business environment, teamwork spirit as well as independent work, will to work under pressure Good communications skills on equally communicating with and influencing client physicians in field as well as internal teams Open minded and fast learner Fluent English in literature reading, medical writing and oral communication, can independently communicate with global team. Excellent Project management skills and Budget control. Travel Frequency:> 15%What we offer in return
