What You Will Do
  • Lead daily operation management of facility system ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor and enhance facility performance, collaborating with other functions for continuous improvement.
  • Manage vendor activities to meet EHS, SLA, and KPI requirements.
  • Work with business department on annual system planning including budget and maintenance.
  • Implement tools and processes to uphold Kenvue standards and regulations.
  • Track system performance and provide solutions for any deviations.
  • Oversee maintenance hand-over and acceptance tasks ensuring EHS & Quality compliance.
  • Maintain facility equipment and uphold facility room standards.
  • Provide support during emergency maintenance or other critical situations.
Qualifications What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Facility, Engineering, Electromechanical, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in electrical system maintenance is a plus.
  • Certification as LV/HV electrician required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AUTOCAD, and data analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle technical issues independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to engage in project activities.
