Responsibilities / Duties
30% Administrative tasks
Provides a wide variety of secretarial/administrative support to treasury director and team in Shanghai. Maintains banking files, records, stamps, certificates. Arranges business travel, coordinates internal meetings and team event arrangements, and tracks expenses. Maintains internal file shares, document filing and team communication channels. Arrange logistics for bank visit including but not limited to visitor registration, meeting room booking etc.70% of Treasury Back-office activities for China entities:
Prepare documentation for opening/closure of Bank accounts. Keep Check Signer, POA, and other bank documents up to date. Maintain Loan book and reconcile interest calculation. Support insurance payment processing.Requirement:
Candidate shall possess strong interpersonal skills and communication skills; Candidate shall be team player who can work collaboratively with others. Attention to detail and precision in work is essential for the role.
