Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree or above is required, Software/Automobile engineering/Battery engineering is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills both in Chinese and English
  • More than 3 years' experiences in validation/quality team
  • Preferred 3 years' experiences of ADAS
  • Knowledge & experience in Six Sigma, Red X, FMEA is an advantage
  • Able to communicate effectively to cross-functional team including engineering/quality etc...
  • Good project management and problem solving skills
  • Able to influence without authority and work in a matrix/cross culture environment
