YOUR ROLE
  • Support Mega Brand Building: Assist in the development and enhancement of Schwarzkopf's mega brand, contributing to content creation and overall mega campaign execution.
  • Retail + Professional Styling Brand Build: Oversee the branding of both retail and professional styling, ensuring brand values establishing and achieving business target.
  • Product Development & Management: Manage the NPD project of retail and professional styling products, ensuring quality, innovation, and market competitiveness.
  • Routine Category Maintenance: Maintain day-to-day operations for retail and professional styling categories, including compliance, supply chain management, and financial management etc.
YOUR SKILLS
  • Bachelor's degree or above, MKT/ business major preferred.
  • CET-6 is a must, TEM-8 as a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong project management skill for I&R.
  • Proficient in English, with excellent writing skills.
  • A passion for branding and marketing, with a keen eye for detail and trends.
